HOW CAN I TRACKÂ MY ORDER?
After your order has been sent for shipment, you will be provided with your parcel tracking number, that will allow you to track your parcel on the courier's website.
WHAT DO I DO IF I THINK AN ITEM THAT I PURCHASED FROM YOUR SITE IS FAULTY?
Simply contact us as soon as possible and we’ll look into this for you. When you get in touch with us, please provide your proof of purchase receipt and photographs of your item.
Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty.
CAN I CANCE OR EDIT MY ORDER?
Please contact Somisa as soon as possible to make any changes to your order, although orders can only be cancelled
